Aletha is a professionally trained horticulturist who comes from previous career as a geologist. She brings a strong sense of design and a commitment to sustainability to each individual project.
GardenCraft Design Ltd. was founded after completing UBC Botanical Garden’s Horticulture Training Program and working as an assistant gardener for the City of Vancouver.
To give back to the community and share her love of gardening, Aletha volunteers with the Vancouver Master Gardeners doing public outreach clinics, and growing fruit and veggies at the Ronald MacDonald House food garden for the guests to enjoy.
